In the framework of the REACH registration, companies have to carry out
a Chemical Safety Assessment (CSA). The CSA is carried out to demonstrate that
the risks from the exposure to a substance, during its manufacture and use, are
controlled when specific operational conditions and risk management measures
are applied.

The results of the CSA are documented in the Chemical Safety Report (CSR)
which is part of the technical registration dossier. The CSR is the key source
from which the registrant provides information to all users of chemicals
through the supply chain. It also forms a basis for other REACH processes
including substance evaluation, authorization and restriction.

To support companies, essenscia is organizing CSA training courses.

For persons who are not so familiar with CSA we offer a half day
training to explain the basics and principles of chemical safety assessment.

Below you can
find a more detailed program for each course.
